External Execution Boundary
All external commercial, legal, regulatory, financial, technical or operational execution must occur only through lawful instruments, licensed providers, separate vehicles, professional advisers, courts, regulators or competent authorities where applicable.
Participation Boundary
No participation path through MAXIMUS NPIO provides equity, ownership, investment returns, securities, regulated financial products, legal representation or guaranteed outcomes. All participation is structured, documented and governed. Access may be limited or revoked based on governance review.
Social Impact Boundary
Programmes related to family safety, women and children, residential integrity, justice accessibility, and structured documentation operate as non-profit research, governance, education, documentation and structured support initiatives. They do not constitute emergency services or legal representation.
