MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Preamble

This Membership Subscription Agreement regulates the admission of new members to the MAXIMUS INVESTMENT BUSINESS CLUB (the "Club"), incorporated as a Non-Profit Incorporated Organisation (NPIO) in DIFC. It specifies the process of joining, membership contributions, and rights granted to members.

Application

  • Individuals or legal entities wishing to join the Club must complete a Membership Application Form.
  • Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors.

Subscription and Contributions

  • Upon approval, the applicant subscribes to membership by paying the applicable annual contribution for the chosen class.
  • Membership contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All contributions are allocated exclusively to the Club's non-profit objectives.

Rights of Subscribed Members

  • To participate in the activities and events of the Club.
  • To access information, consultations, and networking opportunities provided by the Club.
  • To exercise voting rights as defined in the Charter and Membership Agreement.

Duration

Membership subscription is valid for one (1) year and may be renewed annually by payment of the membership contribution.

Non-Profit Nature

Subscription does not grant equity, ownership, or entitlement to profits. It is solely a condition of access to the Club's non-profit community and initiatives.

Termination

  • Membership subscription may be terminated for non-payment, voluntary resignation, or violation of the Charter.
  • Termination does not entitle the member to a refund of contributions.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of DIFC.
