MAXIMUS INSTITUTIONAL ECOSYSTEM
Begin in writing. State the role and the decision sought.
The Organisation uses written-first communication so identity, purpose, scope, status and evidence can be assessed without creating an implied relationship.

WHAT A MESSAGE MEANS
Receipt is not acceptance. Correspondence is not an instrument.
Messages may be assessed for relevance, purpose fit, risk, capacity and the correct legal route. A response, meeting, reference number or onward engagement is not guaranteed.
A courier record or email delivery notification can evidence transmission to an address or channel. It does not evidence that the recipient reviewed, adopted or endorsed the material.
This address is not an emergency service and should not be used for statutory service, filings or notices that require guaranteed receipt unless expressly agreed in writing.
